Grandson of Baha'u'llah, Shu'a'ullah Behai immigrated to America in June 1904 at the behest of his father Muhammad Ali. He became an American citizen in March 1914 in Los Angeles.
In the 1930's he edited this short-lived periodical from the residence of Frederick A. Slack of the Kenosha,
Wisconsin base of the "Society of Behaists" which had been formed by Ibrahim George Kheiralla a generation previously.
