Bio: Karen Dunn-Haley has authored "The House That Uncle Sam Built: The Political Culture of Federal Housing Policy, 1919-1932," (Ph.D. diss., Stanford University, 1995), as well as the digital research resources for the second edition of Inventing America (W.W. Norton & Co., 2006). More recently, she is the general editor of The Norton History Mix, a collection of annotated primary and secondary source documents in U.S. history. She has taught in the University of California system, and for the past ten years, she has served in the CSU and UC system in administrative roles dedicated to faculty development, accreditation, and assessment. |
