Bio: Mike Simpson, Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales, manages product acquisition and sales at Cognella, Inc., for the Cognella Academic Publishing imprint. He has a 30 year background in educational publishing, serving in roles from sales, market development, and editorial and general management. He works with a widely diverse group of talented acquisitions professionals who have acquired over 1,500 titles for the higher education community since Cognella's launch in 2009, having published over 800 of those titles already, with the others in various stages of development in our pipeline. |
