The Harrison Ruffin Tyler Department of History and the Omohundro Institute of Early American History & Culture at the College of William & Mary invite applications for a one-year, non-tenure-track position in vast early America (field open) to begin August 10, 2023. The successful applicant is expected to be an effective teacher and will have a 3-3 teaching load, including a survey of U.S. history, freshman seminars, and upper division courses in early American history.
Required Qualifications: Applicants are required to be ABD.
Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. is preferred by the time of appointment.
