The Department of History at Loyola University New Orleans is seeking applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of the Asia and Global History. Applicants must be able to teach a variety of courses on Asia and courses relevant to the applicant’s area of expertise. Applicants with research and teaching specialties that would contribute to our international studies concentration are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly applicants with experience in diplomatic history from an Asian point of view are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in History in hand by August 2023.
