The Department of History and Political Science invites applications for a lecturer specializing in the history of the Middle East beginning July 1, 2022. Teaching responsibilities will involve in-person instruction of up to five courses a semester, including survey courses in world civilization and Middle Eastern history along with interdisciplinary coursework in international studies.
Requirements:
While a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching is essential, Norwich University is committed to junior faculty developing scholarship through a supportive faculty development program. A Ph.D. is strongly preferred, though strong A.B.D. candidates will be considered.
