1. Position: Researcher (Research Fellow, Associate Research Fellow, or Assistant Research Fellow).
2. Field: Modern History.
3. Qualifications:
   1. Ph.D. diploma from Taiwan or abroad, or proof of completion of doctoral defense before August 15, 2022.
   2. Chinese comprehension for academic work.
   3. According to the “Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area”, this position is currently not open to citizens of the People’s Republic of China.
4. Application materials:
   1. Detailed curriculum vitae (including field specializations and language abilities) plus a complete list of academic publications.
   2. Ph.D. diploma or proof of completion of doctoral defense plus expected date of degree conferral.
   3. At most five academic publications, including Ph.D. dissertation if applicable but not book reviews. For publications in languages other than Chinese, please attach a Chinese abstract.
   4. Three letters of recommendation.
   5. Research proposal (maximum five pages).
