The History Department at Binghamton University, SUNY, invites applications for a one-year, full-time lecturer in U.S. history, to begin Fall semester 2022. This position has the possibility to be renewed for a second year. Area of specialization is 19th and 20th centuries broadly defined. The candidate must be able to teach both halves of the U.S. History survey. The successful candidate will also teach upper-level courses in their areas of specialization. The teaching load will be 3/3.
Requirements:
Ph.D. (by start of appointment) and teaching experience are required.
