Upper School History Teacher

We are currently seeking an Upper/High School teacher to teach full time (four classes per semester) in our History Department beginning in the fall of 2022. Teaching experience is required. Strong candidates will have a degree in History or another social science. Expertise in South Asia and East Asia_, as well as willingness to teach U.S. history or modern European history is preferred. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion work, an understanding of the importance of teacher engagement in community life, and an interest in using a variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom are essential. Compelling candidates will demonstrate ongoing professional development in their field and the ability to use technology effectively in the teaching and learning process.
