The Department of History at the University of South Florida seeks applications for a 9-month, full-time, Assistant Professor of Instruction in U.S. History. This is a full-time, renewable, non-tenure-earning position. Field of specialization open but the successful candidate must be able to teach US History, 1877-Present. PhD in History or related discipline required. Applications from individuals who are ABD will be considered, but the degree must be conferred prior to start date. Regular teaching load is 4-4. The successful candidate will be expected to teach upper and lower division undergraduate courses
