The U.S. Naval Academy invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in U.S. History to begin as early as Fall 2022 in the History Department. Specialization and chronological scope are open, but the committee especially welcomes applicants with expertise in African American history, early/colonial history, or race and ethnic studies.
The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is a four-year undergraduate institution with a mission to prepare midshipmen morally, mentally, and physically for commissioning as officers in the naval services.
