The Department of Humanities and the History Program at Mercy College invites applications for a full-time, multiple-year track, assistant professor position in Twentieth-Century United States History, beginning fall semester 2021. We are particularly interested in candidates specializing in social justice, digital humanities, or science, technology, and medicine. With a teaching load of four courses per semester, candidates will teach a combination of surveys, capstones, and upper-division courses in the field of one’s specialization. The chosen candidate will have a Ph.D. in hand by August 2021.
