Post-Doctoral Fellow, quantitative historical and demographic research

The University of Colorado Population Center (CUPC) and the Institute of Behavioral Science (IBS) at the University of Colorado Boulder are recruiting a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in quantitative historical and demographic research, for an 18-month appointment, to start January 2020.
- Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, especially history, sociology, geography, economics, or information science.
- Ability to secure Special Sworn Status from the U.S. Bureau of the Census.
What you will need:
- Demonstrated skills in quantitative or spatial analysis (or both) of research data, especially very large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in the form of writing and speaking.
