Europe 1600-1900: The Department of History at the University of Miami intends to make a senior appointment in European History, 1600-1900, in any field or region excluding Germany and Russia, beginning August 15, 2021. Applications are welcome from scholars at the level of advanced Associate or Full Professor. A strong record of publications, research, and teaching is required. The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate History courses, mentor graduate students, serve on administrative committees, and actively pursue research and publication.
