U.S. HISTORY SINCE 1877. The Department of History at The University of Memphis invites applications for a non-tenure track Instructor in U.S. History. This is a one-year position that may be renewed for two additional years. Ph.D. in History required by the time of appointment. Successful candidates will be expected to teach a 4-4 load that includes survey courses in U.S. History since 1877 and upper-division courses, in both the classroom and online formats.
Initial review of applications will begin on April 26, 2019, and may continue until the position is filled.
