The Department of History at Columbia University seeks to hire a scholar at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor in the field of US Latino/a History with a preference for Mexican-American/Chicano/a History to begin 1 July 2019. Candidates may specialize in any period. Teaching responsibilities will include graduate and undergraduate courses.
The successful applicant will show evidence of innovative scholarship and experience with teaching and advising, and have the Ph.D. in hand by 1 July 2019.
