Visiting Assistant Professor in US History and Political Science
Alma College in Alma, Michigan invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in U.S. history and political science, beginning in August 2018, with the possibility of renewal for a second year. The successful candidate will teach six courses on American politics and history, equally divided between the Departments of History and Political Science. We especially welcome candidates who can contribute to inter-disciplinary programs, such as Public Affairs and Policy, Environmental Studies, etc. A Ph.D. in U.S. history or political science (with the qualifications to teach the other field) is required by August 2018.
