The Museum of Western Film History, Lone Pine, is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to oversee and manage the daily operations in conjunction with the Board. The ED must be a strategic and practical leader who will continue the Museum’s growth as a cultural and educational resource and tourist destination. As the face of the organization, the ED will also maintain a high professional profile in the community, cultivate financial resources and facilitate outreach of the Museum’s mission, fundraising and as community ambassadors. An open and teamwork environment is critical as well as a commitment to the history, culture, diversity and traditions of film history.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years supervision and/or senior management experience in a museum, business or non-profit. Possession of a bachelor/masters or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
