The History Department at The University of the South invites applications for a three-year visiting assistant position in the history of the Caribbean or Latin America. The appointment begins August 2018. The successful candidate will teach the Latin American survey and courses in their areas of expertise. The teaching load for this position is six courses per year. A Ph.D. in history or in a related field in hand by August 1, 2018 is required.
