The History Department at St. Bonaventure University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position specializing in Modern European History beginning the fall 2018 term. The successful candidate will teach surveys for the general student population and upper-level courses in a wide range of European History. The candidates will be expected to contribute a secondary field that complements the department’s existing strengths and initiatives, including but not limited to military, diplomatic and world history. The department is looking for a teacher interested in curriculum innovation. Ph.D.s are preferred but A.B.D.s are welcome to apply.
