The Department of History at the University of North Carolina Wilmington seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the History of the U.S. Civil War Era. Candidates are expected to teach U.S. survey as well as upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of specialty, including online instruction.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in History in hand at the time of appointment. Strong commitment to teaching, scholarship, and service is required.
