Continuing faculty status (BYU equivalent of tenure) track appointment at Brigham Young University, to begin August 2018. PhD required. Applications are welcome from candidates in all pre- and early-modern world history fields of history. Teaching load will include World Civilizations before 1500, courses in field of specialization, and other service and core courses in history. Those with a strong research agenda and exceptional teaching ability are encouraged to apply. Salary commensurate with experience and rank. BYU is an equal opportunity employer.
