A one year position as a Social/Cultural historian at Alfred University beginning Fall 2017. Areas of specialization are open, but must be able to teach both colonial and 19th-century Amiercan history. Teaching load---3 courses each semester.
Requirements: PhD preferred but ABD will be considered. The successful candidate will be a member of the Division of Human Studies which includes history, philosophy, religious studies, and interdisciplinary art, housed in Alfred University.
