The University is continuing its substantial investment in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology to strengthen its senior team and further enhance its research, teaching, and programme development expertise. As part of this process we wish to appoint a Chair of Oral History. You will be an individual of international reputation and standing with an excellent track record of internationally recognised publications, high quality research income generation and engagement. You will also have strong experience of successful leadership of research teams, and management of research environments. The appointed Chair will oversee two full-time Research Associates who will work under her/his guidance for an initial period of three years.
The post is available immediately to commence on a mutually agreed date.
