The Department of French and Francophone Studies at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a full-time lectureship position (non-tenure-track) in French to begin in Fall 2016, with the possibility of renewal. Responsibilities initially include teaching introductory- and/or intermediate-level language courses but, depending on qualifications, could evolve to include higher level language or content courses. Teaching load is normally 3-3. Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in English and French, hold a master’s or equivalent degree in French or related field, and have relevant experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes benefits.
