U. S. History: Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor to teach full load of undergraduate courses, including first half of U.S. History survey, upper-level courses in colonial America and the early Republic, and themes in the area of specialty for the academic year beginning August 22, 2016. Require: PhD in History by date of appointment for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor; ABD in History for appointment as Instructor. Ability to teach first half of U.S. History survey, upper-level courses in colonial America and the early Republic, and themes in area of specialty. For this position, Miami University will not sponsor applicants for H-1B work status.
