The University of North Alabama invites applications for a one-year, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor of History. Responsibilities include instructing survey courses in US History. A specialization in Public History will be given special consideration. Candidates must offer evidence of teaching excellence. ABD considered; PhD preferred. Successful candidate will be hired at the rank their degree affords; ABD – Visiting Instructor or Ph.D. – Visiting Assistant Professor.
