Position Description
Ideal Candidate Statement:

Position:
Teach part-time in the History Department.
Desirable Qualifications:
Teaching experience at the community college level desired but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties for this position include the standard instructional responsibilities for one or more classes in the History Department: teaching, grading, meeting with students (formal office hours are not required), class roster management and timely submission of grades.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in history OR bachelor’s in history AND master’s in political science, humanities, geography, area studies, women’s studies, social science or ethnic studies OR the equivalent.

Starting Salary Range:
Salary Range Hourly Lecture: $69.06-$83.95; Hourly Lab: $60.22-$73.19 DOE
