Bard College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of 20th Century U.S. History to begin fall 2016. The successful candidate will be able to teach survey and advanced courses in U.S. History since 1876, including a 20th century U.S. history survey, along with thematically-based courses in interdisciplinary fields or candidate’s areas of specialization. The period and area of focus for this position are open.
Candidates will be expected to have completed all the requirements for the doctoral degree by August 2016.
