The Department of Anthropology seeks to hire a Lecturer in archaeology for a one-year appointment beginning Autumn Quarter 2015. The candidate is required to have excellent training in anthropological archaeology and the PhD in hand by 10/01/2015; preference will be given to candidates who have teaching experience, especially those whose teaching and research strengths complement those of the resident faculty, including but not limited to Latin America, urbanism, and archaeometry. The successful candidate will teach five classes, at graduate and advanced undergraduate levels, in three academic quarters.
