The Africana Studies Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville invites applications for one full-time lecturer position to begin August 1, 2015. Teaching responsibilities include introductory survey courses in African and African American Studies. Ph.D. (preferred) or Master’s (required) in a humanities or social sciences discipline. One-year contract with the potential for renewal. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
