The Lyon G. Tyler Department of History at The College of William & Mary invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professorship to begin August 2015 in the field of 19th and 20th Century European History. Applicants are expected to hold a Ph.D. by the time of appointment. The successful applicant will teach a 3/3 course load, including sections of History of Europe (to 1715 and since 1715).
