Adjunct Instructor in French

The Department of Modern Languages is accepting applications for a part-time, Adjunct Instructor position in French.
- We are seeking an instructor for our lower-division French language courses. Position would begin Fall 2015.
- Master’s degree in field relevant to the teaching of French at the college level
- Experience teaching French at the college level
Part-time instructors are paid per credit, and our French courses are currently four credits each. Compensation is based on educational background and experience. For those holding a Master’s degree, the per-course compensation would amount to a total of $3200 ($800/credit) per semester.

Finalists will be asked to submit a list of references and copies transcripts (originals required for employment), and may be asked to do a teaching demonstration. A successful candidate must pass a background check per State law.
