The Asian Studies Department at Gettysburg College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor in Chinese Studies beginning August 2015. Required: native or near-native command of Chinese and English. Specialization open. Candidate should have commitment to teaching and advising in the liberal arts tradition. Teaching load is 3-2, including all levels of language, an introduction to Chinese Culture, and courses in specialty. Language teaching experience preferred. ABD candidates may apply.
