The School of Arts and Humanities at The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Nineteenth-Century American History. Field of specialization is open, but will give particular consideration to candidates who have strengths in one of the following areas: Antebellum/Civil War, African-American, Native American, race, or history of science/medicine. Appointment begins August 1, 2015. Ph.D. required.
