The Johns Hopkins University Krieger School of Arts and Sciences seeks to appoint an Assistant Professor of Latino Studies, beginning July 1, 2015. The successful candidate will hold a tenure-track appointment in the home department of his/her own discipline and evenly allocate teaching and service between the Program in Latin American Studies (PLAS) and their home department. At least half of the successful candidate's courses will be Latino Studies courses cross-listed with PLAS. Applications from all disciplines in the social sciences and humanities are welcome. Ph.D. required by time of appointment.
