The Department of History at Tel Aviv University, Israel, invites applications for a tenure-track position in the modern history of 19th and 20th century Europe, effective from October 2014 or possibly October 2015.
The position will require teaching in Hebrew and the ability to conduct independent historical research concerning 19th and 20th European history. Candidates must hold a PhD, or receive a PhD before filling the position.
Salary and conditions will conform to Israeli university regulations. Appointment procedures will be carried out according to the rules and regulations of Tel Aviv University and are subject to the approval of the University authorities.
