Curator: Judaica Collection
Update the collection development policy in consultation with partners both within and external to the Library.
Implement the development policy for the collection, select items and manage acquisitions.
Perform statistical analysis regarding development of the collection, identifying and filling content gaps.
Organize the collection and make it accessible to the public.
Develop relationships with national and international organizations.
Initiate cultural and educational programs with the library's Culture and Education Division.
Represent the library at conferences, in the media and in f local and international venues .
Manage negotiations with vendors, organizations and other collection interlocutors
Doctorate in Jewish Studies
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal presentation abilities
Hebrew and English at mother tongue level. Additional languages desired..
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Full-time position based in Jerusalem, with availability for additional hours
