African History. The Department of African American and African Studies at The Ohio State University seeks a Senior Lecturer with a PhD in African history to begin January 1, 2014. Responsibilities include teaching survey courses in African history. Teaching experience and a PhD is desired, but an ABD will be considered. Applicants are requested to send a letter of application, C.V., official transcripts, and three letters of recommendation, including letters from major advisor and someone who can speak about teaching skills. Review will begin immediately and continue until position is filled.
