Irish History and Culture; Assistant Professor
The Caspersen School of Graduate Studies and the Department of History at Drew University invite applications for a two year renewable assistant professorship in Irish history and culture, to begin in fall 2014. The applicant should have a Ph.D. with a major field in Irish history, particularly since 1600, (European and American sub-fields are both welcome), teaching experience, and demonstrated potential as a publishing scholar. The successful candidate will be expected to teach mainly in our Arts and Letters graduate program as well as in the undergraduate program and in a graduate program that emphasizes intellectual and cultural history.
