ROLE of the POSITION
The History Department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in North American History to 1815. The applicant should complement existing department strengths and be prepared to play a central role in both undergraduate and graduate education.
This position requires a PhD in History or a related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university. Degree must be completed prior to start of appointment.
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
