The Department of History at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for a full-time faculty appointment at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor or tenured associate professor, with a start date of July 1, 2014.
We are seeking a historian of the United States, any period, with a specialization in women, gender, and/or sexuality. Applications must include a detailed letter, a Curriculum Vitae, all published and unpublished scholarly work ready for examination (such as the dissertation or dissertation chapters, a book or book manuscript, articles, and book chapters), and three letters of reference. Ph.D. or equivalent is required by date of hire.
