Chinese History: Illinois State University in Normal, IL , expects to hire a nine-month probationary tenure-track assistant professor in Chinese history, beginning August 16, 2014. Specialization is open, although the new faculty member will be expected to teach a survey of the history of East Asia. Doctoral dissertation must be defended by 1/1/14.
