Toyo Gakuen University is looking for part-time lecturers who teach general education subjects (Politics, History, and Philosophy) in English for our new intensive course called "International Career Program (ICP)."

Content of work:

Teaching load of one 90-minute class per week for one semester
Participating in the university's public relations events and admission events when requested
Carrying out other duties temporarily assigned by the university

This position is half-year contract based, renewable for up to three years .

Qualification: A native speaker of English, Master's degree in either Politics, History, or Philosophy, Ph.D. is preferable, experience in teaching in Japan, particularly at university level is preferable. We are interested in energetic teachers who enjoy interacting with students both in and outside of classrooms and can cooperate well with colleagues. Salary and benefits are in accordance with the university regulations.
