The Department of Asian Languages and Literatures in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position beginning fall semester 2014. We seek expertise in the analysis of South Asian literature, film, or other cultural texts. Areas of interest could include but are not limited to postcolonial studies, gender/sexuality studies, moving image studies, religious studies, and eco-criticism. Scholars working in comparative Asian literature and media are strongly encouraged to apply.
