The University of Chicago Department of Anthropology intends to add a faculty member in sociocultural anthropology at the rank of Associate Professor (tenured) or Full Professor. We seek a scholar with an active, ongoing program of field research. Applicants working on Africa or Latin America are especially encouraged to apply.
