The University of Oregon’s Clark Honors College invites applications for Adjunct Instructor of undergraduate world history for the 2013-2014 academic year. Duties include teaching seven sections of a year-long sequence for freshmen and sophomores, advising responsibilities, and service as a representative of the Clark Honors College on senior thesis committees. Ph.D. degree in hand in a relevant field by August 1, 2013, and evidence of superior teaching ability required. Positions are for a limited duration but with the possibility of renewal for up to three years total based on need, funding and performance.
