The Department of History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte invites applications for a full-time lecturer position in Ancient World history to begin in August 2013. The successful candidate will teach a combination of Liberal Studies courses in the General Education curriculum and additional courses in area specializations and will be expected to contribute to undergraduate student support and advising in the department. PhD is preferred, but not required, at the time of the appointment. This is a three-year, renewable, non-tenure-track position.
