John Carroll University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position, beginning in August, 2013, in the field of colonial/Revolutionary era-United States history with specialties in legal, constitutional, and/or religious history. The successful candidate will teach three courses per semester – surveys and specialized courses – and will be expected to maintain an active research and publishing program. Completion of Ph.D. by end of the first contract year required.
