The Department of History at Dartmouth College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in economic history. Specializations in the history of global capitalism, labor of all varieties, trade, resources, and related fields are welcome. The successful candidate must show promise of outstanding scholarly achievement and a commitment to teach a range of courses at the undergraduate level broadly covering economic history. The appointment will begin July 1, 2013, Ph.D. in hand.
